Telehealth Sessions

TO PREPARE FOR TELEHEALTH SESSIONS  

We will be utilizing Telehealth through Simple Practice, a HIPAA-compliant platform integrated with our practice management software for scheduling and electronic health records (EHR).

1. You will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment, which will include a link to access your telehealth session.
2. A second reminder with the session link will be sent 10 minutes before your appointment.
3. At the time of your session, please ensure you are in a quiet, private location to maintain confidentiality and verify a secure internet connection. 
4. Simply click the provided link to join the session. You will enter a virtual "waiting room," and your therapist will join you at the scheduled time.

*No additional software is needed to access your telehealth session on a computer or laptop. If using a smartphone, please download the Telehealth by Simple Practice app from your App Store or Google Play Store using the link provided.

Please note: If you are operating a moving vehicle during the session, it will be ended immediately. For safety reasons, therapy cannot be conducted while driving.
