You’ve found me! I am a Maryland-based, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, dedicated to helping individuals address their mental, emotional, and physical well-being through integrative strategies and a holistic approach. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you thrive and move toward a healthier, happier life.
I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Counseling Psychology from Towson University, where I built a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. Over the years, I’ve focused on supporting individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by unwanted emotions.
I embraced an integrative and functional approach to care after my journey with chronic autoimmune conditions, which was later found to involve underlying Lyme disease and co-infections. These challenges were not fully addressed through conventional medicine, inspiring me to explore alternative paths to healing. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights that I now share with my clients, applying integrative and holistic methods to support mental health and overall well-being.
True well-being comes from nurturing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and environment. With time and experience, I’ve seen firsthand how mental health influences every aspect of our lives. That’s why I’m passionate about providing care that integrates traditional therapy with complementary practices like nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle adjustments to support true healing.
I have over a decade of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in addressing their holistic mental health care needs
Although I’m based in Annapolis, MD, telehealth services allow me to work with clients across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. No matter where you are, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges, uncover your strengths, and create a sustainable path to well-being.
Did you know your gut health significantly influences your mental well-being? The gut, often called the "second brain," produces neurotransmitters like serotonin that regulate mood. Through an integrative approach, including dietary changes and stress-reduction techniques—we can address both the physical and emotional roots of distress for more comprehensive healing.
When I’m not working with clients, I cherish time with my husband and our two playful beagles, who always keep life entertaining. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important to me, and I know firsthand how challenging that can be in today’s fast-paced world.
I thrive on connections—whether it’s catching up with friends over a meal or sharing laughter with family during game nights. I also love diving into new adventures, whether it’s traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines, kayaking along peaceful rivers, or skiing down snowy slopes.
When I want to slow things down, I enjoy cooking at home, testing out creative recipes, or curling up by a fire pit with a good book or a podcast. I’m happiest near water, especially when soaking up the sun on a warm beach or hiking trails that lead to beautiful overlooks.
Like many of the clients I work with, I value finding moments of joy, balance, and connection in life.
