Reaching out to a new therapist can feel uncomfortable, especially when you are not sure what to say. During the free 10–15 minute consultation, I will ask a few general questions about what you are looking for, explain how I work, and answer questions. We can then decide whether working together seems like a good fit.
Sessions are held virtually through a secure telehealth platform. To participate, you must be physically located in Maryland, Pennsylvania, or North Carolina at the time of your appointment.

Submitting this form does not schedule an appointment or establish a therapist-client relationship. I typically respond within two business days.
